DeWalt Metalworking Wire Brushes

DeWalt offers an expanded range of high performance industrial wire brush products. These brushes are manufactured using highly specified wire grades and are constructed for perfect balance. These specifications provide a consistent level of industrial performance. Every wheel is inspected to ensure that each meets the demanding quality and one of the highest wire content counts in the industry. There are three main wire types DeWalt offers.

• Wheel Brushes are available in both knotted form for aggressive removal, and crimped wire for light duty applications. They are used on large and small angle grinders as well as bench grinders for deburring, weld cleaning, edge blending, and rust removal.
• Cup Brushes are available in both knotted and crimped wire. They are used on large and small angle grinders for weld cleaning, rust removal, and surface preparation.
• End Brushes are available in both knotted and crimped wire. They are used on both electric and portable air tools for light and heavy-duty work where space is limited. Applications include cleaning and finishing recessed areas and interior diameters of pipes, deburring, weld cleaning, and spot facing.
