Forrest Dado King Dado Blade
"Forrest Manufacturing Co. makes the only dado set with negative hook on all its teeth, including chippers. This effectively makes the teeth cut up into the wood, even when used on a table saw. It was the only set that cut the oak-veneered plywood without tear out and it also gave a perfectly flat bottom with a discreet little scribe."* There is no question that this is the best, Dado Blade in the business and it comes in a nice storage container as well. Of the 32 sets tested Forrest Rated #1 Fine Woodworking July/Aug 1991 p59 Of 29 sets tested Forrest named superior Wood Magazine Oct 1991 p60. No splintering, perfect flat bottoms, cuts all directions, cuts all sized grooves from 1/4" to through 29/32" increments. 24 C-4 Carbide tips on each trim saw. 4 #C-4 Carbide tips on each chipper.

I have tried several different types of dado blades, wobbles, stacked steel, and carbide tipped stacked blades. I never considered any of them worthy enough to use in my shop till I bought a Forrest Dado King. I think the Forrest Dado King is hands-down the best dado blade on the market today!
